R&B and Hip-Hop

I was trying (it might seem that I try a lot, that's true!) to feel more grounded (read: to find comfort from different offence) by listening to some rap. Presumably it activates the first chakra. It didn't help. I thought: why, there are several men that I know who find it helpful! Than I just started choosing something more convenient to the situation and found that Feist's songs are just what I needed.

Than I remembered that women usually ground themselves from the second chakra. Rhythm, but emotions as well. That's probably why girls prefer R&B-ish songs to pure rap.
